DA Submitted for Florence Price Place Apartments

A DA was lodged last week for Florence Price Place Apartments at Crowley Care in Ballina.

The two storey development includes 26 self-contained apartments and was designed around a relaxed coastal park-like lifestyle, akin to living on the edge of a coastal park.

Crowley Care’s vision – ‘to provide inspirational living experiences for its residents’, – was central to the design of the project.

The line of interior and exterior living is blurred, with the surrounding landscape and creek habitat forming the inspiration for the fenestration patterns and colour palette of the project.
