Expanding our Board Capability and Governance

The governance of the practice relies upon a board structure that includes both employees within the practice as well as strategic insight from select personnel outside. With each studio continuing to expand, it is fitting that the board would look to grow and bring in new perspectives to continue its governance and leadership. In 2021, it is with great delight that the practice announces two new additions to the board.

Lois Smith will join as an Executive Director. Lois has been with the company for over 20 years and has been at the forefront of the development of our education sector expertise

Bernard Curran will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director. Bernard’s involvement with the practice has primarily been in providing financial strategic advice to the board over the last few years. Whilst this association has been shorter than Lois’, it has been significant and instrumental in giving strategic direction.

Both these appointments are made in exciting circumstances with an eager look towards the future of the practice.
