Graduate to Architect Journey

Last night we kicked off our new Graduate to Architect Program, aimed to assist graduates in developing their professional skills.

Through group learning sessions and one-on-one mentoring, our graduates will have the opportunity to build on their architectural, technical and soft skills.

Sixteen graduates in the current class are spread across all three studios and are paired with an architect or senior designer. This enables a more tailored approach towards their development – including their thoughts on registration and project-specific opportunities.

They will graduate the program with a well-rounded knowledge of the profession, which will allow them to move into the role of a registered architect and also extend their development as a young working professional.
