A 20-million-dollar high-end seniors apartment building, specifically designed to bridge the gap between independent living and residential aged care, is the highlight this year for Leo Campbell – one of our sector leads in aged care & seniors living.
Riverview Apartments is not only a landmark project as part of Carrington Care’s Camden campus, but will be one of the first ‘assisted living’ developments in the Macarthur District in South West Sydney.
“When completed later this year, Riverview will offer older residents a place to live independently with unobtrusive access to additional services to support them when necessary,” said Leo. “On each floor, common lounge spaces provide space for neighbourly social connection and outlook to the forested surrounds. The communal spaces culminate on the fourth floor with an opulent private dining area opening to a rooftop garden terrace, with spectacular views of Camden Valley and Nepean River.”
BM_ Campbell Luscombe are proud to be involved in this exciting project and to continue our relationships with both Carrington Care and Richard Crookes Constructions, who are delivering the project through construction.
