Caitlin focuses on delivering projects within the Health and Aged Care sectors and regularly works with clients across the eastern seaboard of Australia.

She was awarded a University Medal for her Architectural Thesis that explored the potential diversification of architectural services into research and policy sectors. This passion for evidence-based design is grounded in continuous research and design thinking and extends to a deep understanding of client contexts and aspirations.

As our health sector lead her empathy with the human needs of patients, families and healthcare professionals comes through her designs. With courage and compassion, Caitlin often challenges our clients to re-imagine the future of healthcare provision.
